Superb

Nice stay in Madrid. Recommended.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable, once we got used to the way hotel rooms work in Europe.

Mini-bar was a little pricy.

The location was perfect

The size of the room made no sense for the price we paid. You couldn't fully open the door to enter the room because it was blocked by the bed. There was no space for both of us to comfortably take out the things from our suitcases. That was not a room for 2 despite they managed to put inside a double bed.

Not a great experience

- The hotel staff was very polite. Both guys at the reception as well as cleaning ladies.

- Room was very small and extremely dark. - Shower needed a repair as it was leaking water to the bathroom and the switch between hose and rain shower did not work - TV is small, with no streaming services - pillows are uncomfortable - WiFi is slow. Not up to todays standards
