    Beach town value.
    The only problem we had was that there was no toilet paper or tissue at all. We called and it too 18 hours to get some brought to us.
    Loved the stay, location, private beech access, pool, parking. It was a good value.

    Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room location was excellent.
    The room smelled damp and moldy when we first walked in. It took all day the second day to get it aired out.

    TV in LR didnt work after 9 pm. TV in bedroom didnt work at all. all light bulbs were lowest possible watts, so all rooms except kitchen were too dark. couch very uncomfortable.

    Great time in a wonderful place!
    Location was exactly what we wanted, and it had a nice view of the Gulf.
    1. Dryer lent location needs to be vacuumed out. 2. Toilet flapper needs addressing, the toilet would run until you messed with the flapper.
