Very good

Friendly and very helpful hotel staff, lovely location in northern part of the island. Close to cute small beaches and some decent restaurants nearby. Had breakfast on the terrace every day, overlooking sea, priceless way to start the day.

No sound insulation, the entire property has hard floors throughout (as one would have in hot location such as Ibiza) so all guests passing by and talking could be easily heard, same for noise from rooms next door and above if guests didn't whisper.

RELAXATION

Staff were so much fun and attentive. Live music was a nice touch in the evenings. Pool was very cold but I did not mind that. Breakfast was impressive with lots of options.

One of my family's rooms had a bad smell to it. The rooms were cleaned and to a good standard but it may have been a lack of ventilation in the bathroom as there was not window.

Great value for money in a lovely location

Lovely location on a quiet bay on the north of the island. Got upgraded to suite, which was great. Room was clean and functional was excellent value for money.

The breakfast was fine but wasn't the best. Wasn't aware until arrival that the hotel was mainly used for package holiday guests (or at least seemed that way).

Loved it. Fantastic place in a stunning setting.

Beautiful location. Portinatx is absolutely stunning and this hotel is right by a few beaches and walking distance to others and to local restaurants, bars and shops.

Exceptional. 10 stars

I love the ambience of the whole hotel. Breakfast was really good and there were varying options I love the fact that the hotel was on the beach, so I always had breakfast with the few of the sea My room was always freshly cleaned and the bed made daily. It was really good And the staff were exceptional. Very helpful and kind. I dont like cats and whenever there was any of the hotel cats close to me, they helped me in taking them to a different location. That was very nice of them.

Great hotel, very quiet and chilled, lovely food and excellent wellbeing activities

Hotel was very clean with lovely helpful staff. Really good breakfast, so much choice, the beds were firm, but we had good sleep! Wellbeing classes and hikes were excellent, thanks Sofia!x Spa area good. Great location, lots of good local restaurants.

We had a drain issue in the shower, but the attentive staff sorted it really quickly. The spa area just needed a couple things attending to but was still good. The only slight moan was just two coffee machines... a lot of queuing when the restaurant was busy!
