It was a perfect end to our trip, as we really got to relax and enjoy our time on Ischia. The location, hotel, and staff

Amazing staff! Enzo and his team provided top service, as well as the reception. The room was clean and spacious, and had great views as advertised. There was a great selection of food each morning!

Pillows were a little flat, and catching the shuttle in the evening was difficult, as we would of had to wait another 45 minutes for the next one, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay and we would love to come back!

For us, it was exceptional. We highly recommend!

We cant say enough about the staff here at the Grifo. From check in to check out all were exceptionally kind and courteous. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast and poolside bar are a huge plus as well. Hospitality at its best.

Amazing. I felt like family

The hotel is small but beautiful. The best part is by far the staff. I have never felt to taken care of. They really go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and make sure you have a pleasant trip. I had to leave early in the morning (6am) and they helped arrange my taxi to the ferry (it was too early for their shuttle service) and made me a cappuccino and had croissants waiting for me. Everyone greeted us by name the entire stay. The food was amazing, the pool was perfection. This was my first visit to Ischia but surely not my last. I cannot thank you all enough for your hospitality during our stay!!!!

Superb hotel with amazing facilities

Beautiful hotel, ideal location, shuttle provided by the hotel to bring guests to the port, thermal spas or anywhere else. Truly amazing hotel, comfortable rooms, delicious food. I would like to thank Uljana from reception and Enzo from the restaurant - amazing hospitality, all our needs were adhered to, super friendly and very helpful and professional. Next time when we travel to Ischia we will stay here. Thank you very much!

An incredibly comfortable and pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

The staff were expetionally helpful and nice. The facilities were also exceptional. The food served in the poolside restaurant for lunch and for dinner was also of a very high standard. I will be going back here.

There is nothing I can really fault.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Grounds were exceptional (think botanical garden). Spa faciilties were lovely (cannot believe they are included with the room) There was no way to turn your head and not see something beautiful. Front desk staff were gracious, uber-professional, and patient (we had many, many questions!) The gentlemen who drove the shuttles were helpful and accommodating (we noticed they had a lot of people to juggle but they seemed to be making good decisions about handling the competing demand). Breakfast was sublime (one of the best I had in Italy), and we enjoyed a delicious lunch in the restaurant (spaghetti with claims, pork cutlet). Enzo, the head waiter, is exceptional at his job - he engages with all guests in a genuine, thoughtful way. We sincerely hope to return some day.

We have no complaints. I feel like we (loud Americans) were the worst part of the stay but no one (mostly honeymooners and mature couples) seemed to mind our spirited and active children (I had to do a lot of ssssshhhing). The location is a little secluded (which is part of its charm), but once we figured out how to use the buses, Ischia became a lot more accessible.

An amazing place

Our stay in this beautiful property was wonderful, we will definitely return. The room was beautiful and spacious, bathroom great. The facilities at the hotel fantastic, great breakfast, wonderful swimming pools and the spa area. I loved my massage by Lucia! Enzo was great at the breakfast and in the evenings. We also really liked the shuttle service. All the staff were so extremely attentive and friendly that it sometimes actually felt too much! :D It was a fantastic stay.

Nothing really. The only thing I can think of is the location, could be located closer to the seaside but that's just me looking hard for something to complain about because you guys asked. :)
