Friendly place, great food - Perfect stay before or after your safari

The staff is super-friendly and extra helpful, they helped us organize a lot of things just within one afternoon before our safari (on the day of New Year's Eve!!): get local data sim card, buy sun lotion, etc. Food is amazing, buffet breakfast was extraordinary.

Toilet paper was not enough, but they replenished it when we asked.

Good 1-nighter in Arusha

Clean and large room! Good wifi. Breakfast was very extensive. Restaurant was good for a simple dinner. Pool was good.

Just a good hotel for 1 night.

Large room Staff were friendly - organised taxis etc and responses on WhatsApp Walkable to town and some good restaurants close by Good pool

Bathroom was odd and the shower didnt have any hot water Barking dogs both nights caused us to lose sleep - hours of dogs barking Breakfast was ok

Nice hotel in Arusha post-Kilimanjaro

Great breakfast, room was very lovely and sizeable (we got auto-upgraded to a higher room class upon arrival, which was a welcome surprise after climbing Kilimanjaro). The hotel grounds were very nice. Hotel is secure with a 24/7 security guard. Staff was extremely friendly

Location around the hotel is a little bit sketchy, wouldn't walk around there at night

The perfect start to begin a safari! The team at Green Mountain Hotel is super friendly, everyone always has a smile on their face. The rooms are neat and offer plenty of space. Even in their own restaurant, they take the time for a few personal words, which we greatly appreciated! Upon our return from the safari, we even received a complimentary room upgrade. Thank you so much, dear Green Mountain team, we had a great time with you.
