Very good

Location was super stunning and the staff were absolutely amazing!

Breakfast was a little disappointing, was expecting a continental. Enjoyed the coffee though and view made up for it.

Amazing stay, would come again for sure

Amazing service, staff super friendly and nice and very accommodating. We got upgraded to a terrace suite and we loved it. Very comfy bed and good size.

A wonderful setting, a great room, but please sort out your electrical power issues.

Because my wife was feeling unwell I had dinner alone, nevertheless, the food was very good as was the wine! We were, for the same reason, unable to have breakfast.

We are both aware of SA power problems and appreciate that you have a stand-bye generator, but the noise it makes was awful!! As said my wife was unwell, and the generator added to her woes because of the sleep loss this caused.

Beautiful, but needs refurbishment

The Estate grounds and restaurant is beautiful. Lovely views and good location. Also felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Facilities are very dated and unkept. Not what I would expect for a 5 star establishment. They need to renovate. We also chose this hotel due to the breakfast pictures on Booking.com. However, we didn't get the buffet breakfast as shown in the pictures. We could choose one out of 3 dishes from a menu, and no pastries.
