Beautiful location. Friendly staff they connect and make you feel welcome and at home. Very helpful when my husband needed to be admitted to hospital. Beautiful entrance and lounge area

The food could be much better. There are too few counters so food kept running out. For days no natural yogurt

A pleasant hotel to spend a vacation at if you're looking for a resort-ish vibe

The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and the hotel didn't feel crowded. Granted, we weren't there during the high season, but in general the common areas were large enough for people to have space.

There is only public parking available and during the day and it might be challenging to find a spot since the hotel is next to a beach & an area with shops and restaurants. The food we had seemed to work just fine for other guests, but compared to other places we experienced around the island, I'd rate it as below average personally.

Relaxing, enjoyable and just what we needed

The hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly and it was just really nice and relaxed. Would definitely visit again. Also, we flew in to Arrecife and it was really easy to get a cab from the airport to the hotel.

Although the food was nice, I felt it could have been slightly better, but it was more than adequate.

A very comfortable stay in an excellent hotel.

The hotel is centrally located close to the waterfront, with easy access to the beaches. Checking in/out was very efficient and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully furnished and all areas, including the bedrooms are very clean and well maintained. The restaurants/bars offered a good range of well prepared food and drinks with ample choice.

The smoking area was situated beside the outside bar / food servers. As a non smoker this limited our choice of seating and use of that area.

Not the first time, definitely not the last.

Cleanliness, large rooms, two balconies including one with sunbeds, one TV with Netflix / YouTube, etc. in the living room and another TV in the bedroom, coffee machine, fresh fruit and water every day. The kindness and the smiles of absolutely everyone from the staff.

This is not a complaint, please take it as a suggestion: there were soooooo many pillows in the room! So many pillow cases! I only ever used one pillow, but of course they would all be washed anyway. Maybe you could think about providing more pillows upon request, but do not start with six per bed. Its true that it looked very fancy, but it could save water / energy / detergent, etc. if there were less pillow cases to wash.

Very good

Charming resort with good bars and restaurants in close proximity but still peaceful and relaxing

Excellent location right in the heart of the resort. Beautiful lobby and pool area. Comfortable beds. Restaurant staff lovely

Food was often only lukewarm and some of the staff were quite curt on occasion.

Superb

A very comfortable stay in a lovely, well appointed hotel.

The hotel is in a central location right by the waterfront. Check in / out ran very smoothly and the hotel is beautifully furnished in the public areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as were the beds. Throughout the hotel staff work hard to ensure the place is spotless, and this included the area around the pools. Food in the restaurant was very good with lots of choice at each meal.
