It wasn't a comfortable stay.

Location

We stayed for 2 nights. On the first day we found red stain on our pillow. On the second day after the staff cleaned up our room, we found the same red stained pillow. This means the staff didn't change the pillow's sheet. I doubt if they changed the bedsheets as well. I have reporrted this to Mr. Sutan ( hotel's manager ) at front desk. At night, we cannot sleep well because the sound of traffic was loud. Our room was # 904. Mold and rust in the bathroom wasn't a good view.

The toilet had a very bad smell after using the shower. Perhaps something wrong with the plumbing. This needs to be checked. The view from the window was another building. I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The TV had a bad quality of image

Exceptional

Even though I stayed for few nights but I have good memories for this hotel. Wish to go back again

Everything in the hotel was excellent friendly Staff, decorations of the hotel , quite, cleanliness, great breakfast with many choices, rooms with balcony can get fresh air, car park, near by mall etc

No breakfast included, swimming pool was nice plus we couldn't find the spa.

Shower head wasn't working properly,fridge also didn't work it was bed. Our food goes off.

The breakfast is bad. No options for westerners Its not breakfast, its lunch menu The staff was terrible Altho we asked for the engineer to fix our shower, never come until we check out. Thr worst customer service ever. The dining menu? Super expensive and it doesmt taste good. We booked king bed, but turned out it was 2 single bed became 1. It hurt our back, they upgraded us thank god Our upgraded room smelled cigarettes

Exceptional

Vani , Zahra and Rio were excellent . Nothing was too much trouble. Whatever we requested , it was done with a happy smile. That was for everyday of our stay.
