    Pleasant, except for that bottom sheet.
    Pilled bottom sheet. Peeling wallpaper in bath. Pilled bottom sheet, deserves additional comment because those who have sleep apnea, like me, need comfort to gain quality sleep.

    Nice place, but definitely needs updating and a good clean. Location is great
    Location is great. Staff was friendly.
    Breakfast was expensive - $16 per plate which they ran out of eggs, coffee, forks, orange juice, bacon, so $16 for a plate of bagel and biscuit with gravy. Room was dirty - still had dirty tissue in the drawer, crumbs still around the trash can, almonds on the ground, bathtub not draining.

    Nice place but you are paying for location.
    It was not as busy as Crested Butte and a little cooler. The pool was amazing with lots of transportation to town or Gunnison if you didnt want to drive. The property was very clean and the kitchen was nice to have.
    When we booked our room it didnt say anywhere that this was a vacation rental. We thought we were booking a hotel until I started to get emails from Vacasa. The sound from the hallway was like they were in the room with you. It didnt say anything about no air conditioning (which wasnt terrible since it was so cool but you had to have the window open to keep it cool) the bathtub didnt drain well and the blankets had ample debris on it and the closet doors wouldnt slide.

    For the price I paid (during the off season so was cheaper) the room was fine.
    I liked that it was close to the bus stop to down town. The kitchen area was a nice bonus.
    The sheets didnt seem to be changed, they had blood, hair and stains on them. The fan in the bathroom didnt work and the tub drained very slowly, for a 5 mins shower I stood in 4 inch water. I think this was a pet free place but there were dog treats under the couch so dogs have been in here.

    Good staff, clean rooms and facility.
    Location, staff, layout, parking
    Overall the property was excellent, but for the room we stayed in I would have a toaster and two more chairs to the table.
