Superb

Superb place to stay when in Puerto Real

Very easy access from the roads, so its pretty easy to find as well as to go in and out. It is spacious, clean and personnel is very kind.

Its a bit far to walk to town, where is not easy to park a car. If you are also going to drink you have to take a taxi. Good thing is that taxis are cheap enough for this not being a problem.

Really well situated for any exploring along the Cadiz coastline

Very helpful Reception staff who were more than willing to store my bicycle securely overnight. Our room at the front of the hotel had a great view of the Cdiz and Puerto Real bays. The hotel is spacious and open and has a cafeteria and a dining room where we had a good and well priced a la carte dinner and buffet style breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the area from Conil through to Sanlucar de Barrameda.

Superb

Very good hotel with good amenities Bit of an issue when we checked in, but was sorted out, so there no real problems Great swimming pool, and the room we had was huge with a massive, comfortable bed, and we still loads of space in the room. It is a bit out of the way and the only real restaurant you can walk to closes at 18:30 so we decided to eat at the hotel, this proved to be a good decision as the food was really good and was very reasonably priced, so much so we ate there the following night as well. All the staff, especially the waitress who served our dinner, were very polite and efficient.

Breakfast had a good selection and the waitresses were lovely..

The bed creaked everytime i turned over which woke my partner and I up. We did not sleep well and woke up shattered which ruined my short break as I was extremely tired. It was my wife's 50th birthday and I asked for a nice room.so this request was completely disregarded which showed a lack of service in my opinion.

Disappointing

The rooms were lovely and very clean

We ordered a premium room and was told was in quite area in the hotel this was not true for our stay there was banging of doors and running in the hallways till late In the night with people hanging out the windows and also in the room there was a room service menu that said from 11am till 10pm but when we tried we were told kitchen only opens at 8pm

This hotel served its purpose for us as a base to explore Cadiz, at a far more reasonable rate than we would have paid i

This is a large, modern business hotel with plenty of free parking. Our room was a reasonable size and it was good to have use of a fridge and safe.

You really need a car to stay here as there is not much to be found in the surrounding area on foot. its a shame that the cafe didnt serve food in the evenings, as sometimes you just want a snack and not a full restaurant meal.

As of today, respecting the rules of hygiene seems appropriate...

he room was clean and people at rception agrable. But it was surprising to have people wearing dirty working clothes during the breakfast (its a buffet). So, great to have construction workers at the hotel they mustang have a rest like everyone but at least they must wear a clean t-shirt for the buffet.
