Superb

Easy and comfortable, pretty and tidy, away from the chaos of the hotel strip, welcoming setting.

Property was clean and comfortable. Pool area was pretty with hot tubs toward the beach. Pretty courtyards. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Easy to grab chaises on the beach or at the pool. Staff on the grounds and in the halls and hotel were super friendly and service-oriented. Not overly busy. Very fun new years party with dancing, music, blended drinks, and champagne

Hard to make dinner reservations. Wifi is poor. Concierge did try to up-sell us on outings and activities. 24-hr room service was limited menu and not super good.

Plenty of activities to enjoy in a great part of Cancun with limited vegetarian options.

Beautiful location. Well-maintained pool and entertainment areas. Helpful staff. Plenty of activities. Ample food and drinks available.

We had no working wi-fi in our room so we had to sit outside in the hall or in the public areas to connect. When I booked the hotel I requested a large double bed with a lagoon view and added notified that this was our honeymoon. When we arrived we found we were provided with two single beds and if we wanted a large bed the only option was a downgraded room with obstructed view. There was nothing special added to our hotel stay even though the booking had requested we added this information for consideration. Also, the food options were severely lacking for vegetarians/vegans/ or other dietary requirements. We chose to dine at Marco Polo one evening and the only option we could eat that was vegetarian was the fish dish with no fish but requested that the chef be allowed creative license if there was anything better they could provide us, but it was exactly the remaining vegetables with a sauce on top.

Great location, good food, nice entertainment

The room was lovely and big. We had a nice view of the ocean. It was very clean.

The reception staff was hit and miss. One day I got excellent customer service the next was not the greatest, I suspect sue to lack of English. But still left satisfied.

Disappointing

Experience ruined by management staff

It was a beautiful hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff as far as cleaning, food service, etc were all wonderful.

Did not have Wi-Fi until the 3rd day. Did not have working phone until 2nd day. Because of this issue, we decided to add international phone service to our phone because I was getting married and needed to speak to providers, finisn plans,.etc. We were trying to avoid that expense but had no choice. When I made the call I was not told I would be charged for it, until after I was done. I told them it was a ridiculous charge after all the issues I had been having thus far. I never spoke with supervisor directly even after asking multiple times, but was told by the receptionist that she would speak with supervisor and not to worry. My messages went unanswered however. Checkout day at 0500, nothing was resolved. Receptionist at night knew nothing about my issue. Called supervisor Estefania who could only offer me 50% off which came out to be almost 600 pesos. Since we needed to get to airport I told the receptionist that it was fine, I had no choice at this point. Our toilet also would not flush, we experienced issues with it also for 3 days. Other guests were complaining about the elevator which was not working. This did not affect us personally because we had a beach view room. The food was mediocre at best.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL The food is good, the majority of the staff is very kind, they have daily activities in the pool and at night. Save yourself and your time in this hotel. After you do the check in they will tell you that they have some gifts for you. But the gifts are for you to accept a 1 to 4 hour speech of one of the sales agents selling their hotel membership. If you say no they will continue to offer you many memberships options until you agree. They make you sign some papers saying that if you cancel you are not able to get a refund but when you sign the contract it says that you cancel after 5 days. I requested the cancelation and they said that since it was a 3 year membership they will not refund my credit card payment. Please be careful with these people. Search online about the Royal Solaris membership scam. The sales agents are always at the lobby and they will hunt you down every time you pass thru the lobby. It is really stressful that you want to relax at a hotel but they are chasing you. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Pleasant stay Love Cancun

The hotel was nice. Location was nice.

The Internet was the worst. Internet was needed to place reservations for food and activities. The language barrier was bad because it was hard for them to communicate what you needed to do for the all inclusive. The only other hotel we could use the all inclusive was the royal Solaris next door. That's where we had to use our phones before going back to Caribe. If you have medicine issues lifting your legs let them know because the tube shower was high to step in. The room walls was thin. Had to hear the guest next door snoring all weekend.

Pleasant

I liked the location of the property. The food in the specialty restaurants, as well as the sushi and pizza place by the pool are very good. The kids enjoyed the shows and entertainment. The beach was awesome.

The hotel is very old and tired. There are no balconies in most of the rooms which is a shame, since you are right on the beach. The pools were a little overcrowded for my liking and the pool buffet was very average.
