The Gplace Hotel offers affordable and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, there were some issues with room availability and downgraded amenities. The WiFi was not as good (Read More)as expected, and there was no cable TV. The location is convenient and the hotel is well-maintained. Overall, most guests had a positive experience and would recommend the Gplace Hotel.

The bed was comfy enough and excellent location. Near convenient stores, cafes, small restaurants and easy to access touristic areas. AC worked perfectly, as well the hot water for shower.
Even paying for two nights but staying only one, I wasnt allowed to check in 10 minutes before 2pm. Staff was not helpful or kind. The toiletries were not placed in the room, so they just entered with us without asking permission. Toilet smells really bad and outside the room was hotter than the normal temperature.

Appalling, dont ever stay here it is not safe.
Staff were unfriendly
The room got broken into at 6am in the morning, we were woken up. We told the staff who laughed at us.

if your business is within San Carlos University area. then this is a good place. it is also a gated pension house but i
i have stayed in the property during pandemic. it was ok since its new & wifi is very fast
smells damp and room is not properly clean. we paid for room with tv but we are brought to one that does not have.
