I would absolutely not book this hotel again. I stayed here 2 years ago and I cant compare the quality between then and

The location is great, city centre and very close to the airport as we usually travel here for work. We chose Gothia Towers, because our favourite hotel was fully booked.

Very very dirty, dirty bed sheets, dirty bathroom and overall dusty. Our bed broke while we were sleeping

Great experience in Goteborg and the hotel worked really well

We enjoyed the transit that was right out the door and convenience to the Scandinavium.

More air Circulation. The rooms felt too warm for the temperature we like for sleeping.

Simply cannot beat the location for what we were there for, which was an ice hockey tournament happening at the Scandinavium. The two buildings are adjacent, so it's impossible not to say this was a great location. Hotel staff is super efficient, they take care of your needs, there's breakfast at 4:00 a.m. if you were catching it early flight, and it's close to pretty much everything downtown, including Leisberg

The only blemish on this whole thing was a front desk person who forgot to make our reservation for 4:00 a.m. to get to the airport for the right day. Fortunately the person who was covering the desk at 4:00 a.m., was able to rectify the situation in about 10 minutes. That's a small blip on a great place

Breakfast was ok, but same everyday. Location is perfect for city visit

Room furniture is very old and poor, from cleaning is so bad, even bed covers and towels are very old. Really disappointed for such famous hotel

pretty much everything other than the location, room facility and overall comfort was poor, bathroom too small, bed uncomfortable, even the heater was not working,
