The staff were very friendly, the location is very good and almost near to all tourism cities. The facilities are very good, the room size is perfect compared to europe hotel rooms

The only minor thing they should improve is the food choices for the breakfast.

Exceeded all expectations

Breakfast was 10/10. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Facilities were above expectations. Beds were a little stiffer than our personal preference and lighting could be a bit brighter but overall a fantastic experience

Lighting in bathroom was a bit dark.

Amazing hotel in all respects. Great location. Quiet street but near everything. Highly recommend!!

Excellent property. Staff fantastic . Breakfasts were great. Great location. We were 3 people and our room had an upstairs sleeping area with its own bedroom-great privacy. I have been to the hotel several times and cant recommend it enough!

-very nice and friendly personnel -top location -big room with whirlpool and balcony -cleaning the room on a daily basis if you request it -almost everything -i do recommend this hotel

The most elegant, comfortable, and pleasant stay!

This has been the best experience we have had at a hotel in our life! The attention was personalized. We were greeted by Mr. Daniel who sat with us and explained everything about the hotel, and the surrounding restaurants and attractions. We felt welcomed! The hotel is a beautiful building, in the best location, super clean, and with a great smell all around. We had our room taken care of every morning and afternoon and the staff called us every night to check if we needed something else. The breakfast was generous and with variability for all tastes, and of course great attention by the staff. We went to the restaurants suggested by Mr. Daniel and they were all excellent choices. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at Golden Tower Hotel and Spa in Firenze. The most elegant and pleasant stay!
