Good

They welcomed us for an early check in and took care of our luggage.

We had the bathroom on a different floor than our room and even with the cold weather the windows were constantly open in the guesthouse.

Great location - but choose a private bathroom

Great location, peaceful despite being right on Durbar Square, and the manager was excellent - very helpful and kind to us during the stay. The rooftop is amazing!

We opted for a shared bathroom and unfortunately this meant going down to the bottom floor to use the bathroom attached to the restaurant, which didn't feel very convenient or very clean. The owner kindly let us use a closer room's bathroom when the room wasn't in use but I think if we were to return we'd opt for a room with a private bathroom.

Very friendly staff which is always there to help and answer questions, the rooms are clean, many of them with a nice balcony, it's one of the most central places to sleep at all and from the rooftop you enjoy an amazing view around whole old town. I cam highly recommend this place!

Superb

Good place to stay

I had a good stay in Golden Gate Guest. Very well located. The rooms are confortables and clean. The manager of the guesthouse is nice and helpfull. The view from the rooftop is amazing.
