They didnt have parking space and even though my reservation was for a two bed room they let me know when I check in that they have ran out of double bed rooms so we had to use a little bed, they didnt offer any solution or give me some money back

Convenient location, fine is you're only going to go there to sleep and leave in the morning.

The location of the property was good - close to our family. Also close to the 134 freeway entrance. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Very dated rooms which look like they have never been renovated since being built. Room was large but very sparsely furnished. This was a "Deluxe" King room. If this was a "deluxe", I can't imagine what a standard room looks like! No luggage rack, no desk, no place to put a suitcase. We had to put our suitcase on top of the mini fridge. No place to comfortably sit. There was only a small table and two utilitarian chairs. No ironing board and iron which we needed. No coffee maker, only a hot water pot and instant coffee. There was free coffee down in the lobby along with "Pop Tarts" breakfast. No microwave. TV was a nightmare to operate, no cable or smart TV. We ended up watching programs on our laptop. Very frustrating when you're trying to relax after a long day and want to watch a movie and cannot get tv to work. Ridiculous $10 parking fee instituted in October 2023 when there is plenty of parking in the large lot on the back side of the building.

I love staying in this hotel every time we come to LA this is my go to. Their rooms are very clean love the fact that the staff make you feel right at home and the pool is alway warm to swim in even in winter time rain or shine the hot tub is also very relaxing. Its a very short drive to Universal Studios hollywood
