Great Hostel in a great location!

Friendly and competent staff, comfy common areas, large dorms and overall very clean hostel in a great location!

Missed some curtains at the beds but maybe thats just me :)

An ideal youth hostel

Definitely will visit again! A wonderful hostel for who wants to climb the Ben Nevis. A large kitchen, clean and big rooms also wonderful atmosphere.

When I was visiting in December, no restaurant is opening. So if want some food, I have to walk an hour to city centre.

Awesome hostel stay suitable for families with kids

Has basically everything for a comfortable stay, including a communal kitchen with lots of cooking appliances (cooking hobs, ovens, microwave ovens, hot water dispenser).

Being a youth hostel, some these young adults may not wash up properly after their cooking, or they may just forget to clear up. But thats probably part of the fun staying at a hostel?

Great value for money , lovely place to stay ! All the facilities you need and very clean and tidy MOST of the staff was very helpful and friendly however there was one who was very rude and opinionated who made it a little difficult .

The staff member Henry , he was very rude , unhelpful and couldnt help but open his mouth, he made the stay less enjoyable and I found myself biting my lip a few times until I told him he was rude ! He probably means well but he needs to learn to be polite , learn people skills and to to his job with pride . Otherwise every other staff member was very kind and helpful except for Henry

Literally its the best hostel I experienced in UK

Good facilities, awesome view, nice staff, room is large, very enough place for your luggage, bathroom and toilet are clean, its not near to train stations and only one bus to connect Fort William, but its perfect to climb Ben Nevis, the hostel is just located at the entrance

Superb

Henry was so helpful with everything, more than I could have expected. I came with car problems and he went far out of his way to help me find solutions. Chris was also very helpful. The facility is comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Bit pricey, but the value is there. Just wish there was a cheaper alternative in town. Worth the money though.
