The hotel was lovely. Check in smooth. . Staff were lovely and very helpful. We had room with sea view and balcony as requested, and it was fab... food was very nice and great selections. Catered for everyone taste.

Location great! WIFI horrible! Front Desk Staff very unprofessional with their joking around.

Breakfast was great and room was clean. The view was excellent.

We had dinner included which we paid extra for and the drinks were not free which is fine, but to have to pay for water was ridiculous! The WIFI was the WORST I have ever experienced and since I work remotely all I can say is I got ZERO work done! Not even a desk or table or comfy chair inside the room. Sorry but 2 fold up directors chairs and a small end table at this price are unacceptable. 2 electrical outlets in the room?? I mean this is 2023 and they only give you one room card so you can't even charge anything if you're not in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was modern, clean, with good facilities and great staff.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were great and food was brilliant, buffet style but freshly cooked in front of you. We were able to park right in front of the hotel. The beach was beautiful, with clear waters and we were able to borrow sun shades. Rooftop pool had amazing views.

The right side of Loret de Mar is very busy and not quite what we had expected but to the left was quiet enough with beautiful walks to other coves.

Great view from the rooftop

The swimming pool on the rooftop has a great view. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

The safe in our room didn't work. Parking was a problem (we had to pay 50 euros for 2 days and we hardly found a spot).

It was OK

Location is just perfect! The beach is on your doorstep together with all the good restaurants and shops. Room was spacious with huge king bed. Bathroom was spacious as well. Having a small cute balcony was a plus as well. Morning staff was friendly.

We used rain shower once and it flooded room and water leaked even to the hallway. We realized it once people started knocking on our door as they saw the water. Reception said that maintainence guy will check it but the next day our shower remained the same. We had to take shower with minimal water pressure. After 4 days, while we were preparing to check out, maintainence guy came to ask about shower Breakfast didnt have many healthy choices.Only vegetables were tomato and lettuce. If you want hot meals, you have to stay in line and ask the cook to prepare it. Omelettes were from prepackaged bottles, not fresh eggs. I wouldnt pay for the breakfast. They change towels every 3 days and sheets every 4 days. You have to pay for the safe. Public parking in front of hotel is always full. You have to stay in line minimum 15-20 mins to get a place. And thats not guaranteed either.

The hotel has an amazing location, close to the main beach of lloret del mar, but also close to beautiful calas. All the staff are very professional and friendly and accommodating. The hotel also has a nice small pool on the roof with a beautiful view. Definitely recommended hotel!!

The hotel has a strange policy regarding towels...We put the do not disturb sign on our door and went out because our room was already clean and didn't need cleaning. When we came back in the afternoon we simply asked for additional towels at the reception. The reception lady refused to give us towels, saying it's a policy at the hotel that either the cleaning staff goes in the room in the morning to clean it and change the towels, or they don't provide you any additional towels until 3 days later!! We were not told about this policy when we checked in, and she claimed that there's a poster in the elevator about this policy (we had not noticed the poster and we checked it later to verify and it only says to be cautious with water use for environnemental reasons). We found this policy very weird because normally hotels provide you with additional towels at any time of day without preset conditions. If the cleaning staff left and you need a towel in the afternoon, you simply go down to the reception and colllect the additional towels yourself. So, the hotel should make it clear to guests when they check in about this policy and conditions. Gladly after we insisted the reception lady agreed to give us towels, but such encounter was unpleasant, and was the only thing we didn't like about the hotel because everything else was truly amazing and wonderful.
