Nice old hotel.

Large room, great bed. The staff was first class.

The restaurant was a long ways away from the hotel lobby. I am in a wheelchair and very far for that.

Good

The staff was very nice and helpful. They changed me the room, as I wanted to have a quite one in the back side. Breakfast was very good and all over a good value balance. A lot of restaurants near by and some interesting places to visit.

The Tequendama was a very emblematic Hotel in the past, but it requieres now some upgrades in order to keep the reputation. There was now one who helped me with the suitcase when I arrived late nigth.

The noise isolation in the rooms needs to be improved. Even at higher floors, the noise from the st.

Wide variety of fresh fruits. Eggs can be prepared and ordered separately. Very attentive and polite staff.

Charming, historic hotel

Charming older five star hotel with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and stores as part of the complex, great buffet breakfast and nice new gym equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and bright with a nice view, a big king sized bed and large wall safe.

This hotel is being renovated to bring it back to it's old glory. While I found the older fixtures charming others may prefer something more modern.

Good hotel. Willing to stay again with good ear plugs.

The staff were nice and was willing to come up to help me close the windows and soundproof as much as they could.

The windows are super thin so the street noises can be heard as if there is no window. They close the second gate on the main street at night. When I first arrived late at night I panicked because I thought I could not enter.

One night in Bogot

The location is super center, close to everywhere. The room has a decent size. The breakfast was good.

It was difficult to charge my phone in bed. The room card didnt work at the beginning so I had to walk back and force with my luggages. There was no bottle of water for me in the room, had to drink tap water.
