fort William never disappoints

stayed here a few time's, great location very helpful staff ,I have enjoyed my stay here every time ,will not hesitate to come back .

Great value for money

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception area was very welcoming and bright. Powerful warm shower.

The separate shower room - water ran into dry area, making it unpleasant to get dressed after the shower. The room was very small.

Functional when needing a bed for the night

It was functional and different. Room was very small but we are glad we did it; it was a fun stay that gave us what we needed: a bed for the night.

Exceptional

New what we were in for. Came for the cell experience and that's what we got. So can't really comment on the more traditional rooms. We had lots of fun and lots of laughs in our tiny cell! Very friendly lady in the bar/reception. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Got what we paid for.

The room was advertised on booking. Com as 6m x 6m but was actually 6ft and could only be described as a cupboard with a fitted bed. When we asked to be moved to another room we were asked for a further 84 which was dearer than booking online. When challenged about this they had to call the manager who was also very unhelpful and the end result was a refund and we had to find alternative accommodation.
