Fabulous cosy apartment.

A fabulous little place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The location is very handy, nice and quiet with secure off road parking, and only a short bus ride into York. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond by giving us a lift to the nearest shop to pick up some last minute supplies. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay for visit to York.

The location was brilliant, communications were faultless. Upon arrival, we found the flat ready for us. It has everything you could require for a trip. Access was easy. Bed was comfortable. If you do choose to walk into york, please note that it is somewhere around 20 minutes. However there are frequent bus services running a few minutes from the property. All round definitely somewhere that we would recommend.

Fabulous.

The host was very friendly, informative, welcoming and generous. We would love to stay again as its in the perfect area for our needs. The place was cozy and relaxing with a very comfortable bed.

Could do with a coffee table and lamp in the lounge. Those would be our only changes.

Nice, small and clean house in good location.

It is a confortable little house in the back of the main house. It is clean and just right for up to 2 people. You can walk 15 minutes to 2 different pubs and a grocery store. the university of York is also 15 miutes away.

All good, no complaints.

Quiet with parking and easy access to the bus to York.Clean and reasonably well equipped. Very helpful hosts.

No terrestrial television when the rugby world cup was on terrestrial and oven but no hob.

An excellent place for a weekend or week in York!

The hosts were amazing and so helpful - they went above and beyond! They provided me with a lot of information about buses into the centre and were so friendly. They were also very flexible, as I arrived much later than I originally planned. The property is a garden lodge so completely separate from the host's house - the facilities were great and a perfect location for the university campus. They also provided parking on site, which was a bonus.
