Disappointing

OK ish! Cottage needs some serious tender loving care. Invest some of the profits back into cottage.

Location was good. Being built into the side of a hill I would not recommend this to someone with mobility issues. Ann Ruddy was pleasant and very generous with wood for the fire. Excellent cooker in the kitchen. Plenty of hot water. WiFi good.

Outside light did not work. Beds uncomfortable. Duvets to thin, see photo. Freezer needs defrosting, see photo. Cabinet door hinge needs replacing, see photo. Outside lean-to needs the roof cleaning and all the junk removing. Gutters need cleaning out. Trees to the front need removing, see photo, including the big one by the parking space. Trees by the outside table need cutting back. It would be nice if all the windows could be opened. Told to put bed linen in bag upon leaving, no bags available! New double-glazed windows would enhance the cottage immensely.

Everything. The host was on hand when needed and very friendly and helpful. Anne couldn't do enough to make our xmas any better. Thank you Anne. Would highly recommend
