Superb

Great Christmas and New Year stay

Just returned from a great Christmas and New Year stay at Villa Aire (Green one) and were greeted with a little Christmas tree, two bottles of wine and biscuits which was a really nice touch. Pool towels are provided, the beds are really comfortable and the 2nd toilet is good. We didn't make use of our BBQ but it was good to have that option. The location is perfect with just steps to the beach and a few mins walk to either the main street or the Campanario. On Christmas Eve we realised the washing machine wasn't working, someone came to look at it that day (despite us telling them not to bother with it being Christmas Eve) and a new one was delivered and installed on Boxing day - that's fantastic service! Special mention to the pool/maintenance guy - he was a star! He works hard keeping everything clean and in order so make sure you offer him a cold can (Fanta Lemon is his favourite) :0)

Just a couple of really minor things, the Villa is obviously very well used so could probably now do with a lick of paint, although I have no idea when they would do this given Fuerte isn't seasonal and has no obvious 'shut down'. The settee could do with being replaced (or at least cleaned) as its looking a little grubby and a check of the pans on the hob - some pans are not compatible and will make the hob turn itself off.

Corralejo is a lovely area and this house is very conveniently located.

Location and the fact that it had five bedrooms

I expected to have 2 Bathrooms but this was not so. We had only one bathroom and a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin that had no hot water. This was a serious inconvenience considering that we were 4 adults

Enjoyable stay in a lovely house in an enviable location

The location was excellent. So close to the sea and also centre of Corralejo. We loved the plunge pool, great for a dip after being out

Lack of key cards (although promised) and failure of code entry pad. Could also do with a bit more cups and glasses. Cleaning was not tip top either. We had to unblock the shower ourselves one day to avoid a flooded bathroom. If these minor things were fixed, properties would be excellent

We spend there fantastic time, Villa is really well furnished and give you best experience you can have. Stuff is willing to help, you can feel privacy as well. Pool is maintained everyday:)

Apartment needs more equipment plants and cleaning products

Great location.

Not well equipped (NB - you need to buy all cleaning products, bin bags, toilet paper, hand soap, disinfectant etc), no chopping board, no oven tray, no cushions for sun loungers, no plants. Sitting next to the cold, very chlorinated plunge pool wasn't comfortable or nice.

Fantastic location right by the beach, Pool lovely and Correjo beautiful. Wine and coffee with cakes on arrival.

Aircon in one bedroom didn't work and one in living room constantly leaked but would definitely book again as all facilities we're in the villa and amazing location

Burke Family Vacation 2023

Excellent communication from Amazzzing Travel (Varsha), in advance of arrival. Great location. Second time staying at this villa. Beach, restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes stroll. Pool great to stay cool while enjoying the heat. Maintenance team were very discreet during the regular pool cleaning. They also ommunicated and responded well to all requests.

Minor inconvenience on the first day when the Hot water and Aircon was not working. Resolved within 24 hrs. Would be good for the letting agency to complete a more rigorous check prior to customer check-in. Weekly cleaning for a stay >7 days was also not completed (not a big thing but if promised, should be done).
