Exceptional

Perfect stay.

Excellent location, with dozens of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. In a very busy area, but quiet later at night, and no hassle falling asleep at all. Small private room, very comfortable bed, WIFI worked excellently. Check in and out was quick and hassle free. Was very clean.

Tiny room without heater, feels so cold during winter. However the blanket is really thick so you will not be able to feel the cold while sleeping. But the location is good and breakfast is really nice.

A Nice Short Stay

We recently stayed at Happy Hills Hostel in Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. The hostel is located in an excellent spot, just a short walk from the city center and in the bar district. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Our private room was also very comfortable, good value for the money. Overall, we highly recommend Happy Hills Hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Lisbon.

Despite the presence of an extra blanket, the room felt chilly. While the extra blanket provided some warmth, it wasn't sufficient to maintain a comfortable temperature. To address this concern, we suggest that Happy Hills Hostel consider providing space heaters in the private rooms, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their liking.

The breakfast was amazing and definitely a plus, the staff was very nice and the room was clean.

Its located in Barrio Alto which can get a bit noisy during the night but at least it's well connected.

nice reception people, good breakfast, exellenct location.

No hair dryer for each room. Maybe put deposit on hair dryer, like 20 euros. room space is small because of low ceiling. No heating in winter, room was cold.

Very clean, white and soft bedsheets! Also, great breakfast!

No drinking water in the kitchen on the third floor and no one was available for our checkout, even though I said we needed an early check out when we arrived.

Really good location!

The breakfast is delightful. Really really good location! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen faculties are great, providing a stove, fridge and microwave.

I only had issues with the bathrooms in the hostel, not huge problems but just things the hostel needs to think about. - There were not enough toilets/bathrooms each level, only 2 per level which for the amount of people in each level is not enough. - One of the showers was under maintenance so there was only one shower on my level. Not their fault but its inconvenient. - The lock on the bathroom door on the 1st floor needs fixing because its very hard to actually lock. - There is a huge mould problem in one of the bathrooms - like black and white mould. Its needs fixing ASAP! - They didnt provide towels to dry your hands in the bathroom. Not a huge deal but its a simple thing to change.
