the staff was very rude. also, we had a reservation for a parking space and we were told that it was close, but it wasn't close. plus we booked a hotel and thought parking was included in the price, but it wasn't and it was quite far from the hotel. we asked to be parked closer, but the staff did not respond to our requests.

Very good breakfast. Great location.

Our room faces the street so it got a little loud at night. Closing the window helped.

Very good

Very good location , near the center. The food was OK. Another good thing is that you have a coffee machine in the dining room , so you can make coffee as much as you want. The staff in the hotel are kind.

The breakfast was the same each day. There weren't any spoon and kettles in the room.

The stuff was nice a good location good breakfast

The rooms is nothing like in the pictures and we changed 3 rooms. The rooms is dark there is no light. the stuff didnt clean the toilet and changed the towels only once. We were 6 people in your hotel and 4 off us change the room several times because of the smell, the heating that didnt work and the WiFi that also didnt work

Tourist hotel. Not recommended for business traveler.

Location, shower. Big room

Dark room, not enough light in room and bathroom. safe not working after request to reception to fix no reponse. No desk to sit for laptop.

There was no bidet in the bathroom :( It is unhygienic to use the toilet this way...

Noise was an issue. There was a seating area for guests outside our room so we had to wear ear plugs due to guests socialising outside our room until 12pm some nights.

Exceptional

Perfect location in a lovely hotel.

The hotel is very well located. Only 5 min walk from the Astronomical tower and only couple of minutes walk to the Mustek station. It is so easy and convenient to travel from the airport by public transport. Staff was amazing and very helpful, especially Muhammad, who couldnt do more for us. Was very polite and friendly and checked us in the room even earlier also safely stored our bags on the last day as our flight was late.
