    Not a luxurious stay, but the owner was kind and helpful.
    The owner/operator was very friendly and responsive. He was the best part of the experience.
    It is a pretty outdated accommodation, which I understood going in and it suited my needs fine. It fair to say its all a bit shabby and could use a bit of refurbishment.

    Convenient place to stay if just want somewhere to put head day for the night.
    Location, cleanliness, uncomplicated, friendly andhelpful.
    Bed a little small and couldnt fill kettle from en suite tap.

    Very adequate accommodation at a good price compared with other options in Canterbury
    I don't recall asking for a quiet room. My room was in fact very acceptably quiet.
    It would have been good to have breakfast available, but I quite understand that this would place extra burdens on staff, which may not be practicable.

    The beds were comfortable and pillows
    There was no breakfast provided, no one at hotel to help when go to ask for anything. Room was too small and no space to more around room or in lounge no space. No privacy as can hear what's happening in next room. Lounge was dirty and untidy with paperwork and mess, and not pleasant to sit in. I wouldn't recommend place or go again.

    It's a 15 minute walk to the city centre, but worth it for the price.

    Strongly reccomend to book rooms in four seasons. Staff is really nice and cooperative.
    It was great to see that they facilitate with free tea and coffee.
    There is nothing to improve. They are all good.
