Great location off highway, adequate lodging, good parking, rate high for accommodation.
Room had a window to allow fresh air into room. Nice sized bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed and linens. Close to a nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast (walkable). Friendly staff.
Room very basic. Lacked warmth and personality. Disappointed for a Sheraton hotel. Initially room was damp and had an odour. Bed seemed small for size of room. Expensive for this basic of room. Not a four star.

Great stopping point on the Trans Canada for a visit to old Quebec City
Great location, convenient for the highway and for exploring old Quebec City without having to worry about parking or getting in and out with your vehicle. Good size room with the a great bathroom...a usable bath is a rarity!

Clean, staff spoke English, close to restaurants
Thought we were getting two beds but got one king and a pull out. Also only two towels in the room when I reserved for 4 individuals

Very happy with all the Four Points hotels !!!! I feel safe at all of them.
A really nice hotel, very clean, staff very polite and friendly. Very helpful, helping us find somewhere to eat.
