Good stay, no hot water in shower.

Good comfy stay, rooms were nice with ample power ports and a respectable sized smart tv. good view from the room as well. a solid wooden washroom door, which has suprisingly become a thing to mention with the rise of illogical glass doors.

I complained more than 5 times and they still could not deliver hot water for shower. has to be the biggest turnoff from an otherwise pretty good property. the shower at best at luke warm water and left me wanting to get back home as soon as possible.

A great hotel a little out of the centre with superb facilities, excellent customer service and a beautiful rooftop pool

This hotel is relaxing and well managed overall if you don't mind being a little outside the centre of Kochi. I quite liked that as it made getting in and out of the city a bit easier as I have relatives outside the city I wanted to visit. The customer service, pool, breakfast facilities are all top class and really make for a great stay.

The downsides were poor room maintenance (several things such as shower door and TV didn't work but were fixed eventually), and quality of room service which we used late one night wasn't great, most things were not available and what we did select was below average in taste and quality.

Excellent stay with exemplary service

Excellent room , tidy and clean. Great facility by all the staff and very hygienic. The staff helped facilitate the luxurious stay to the best with great customer service. Loved every bit of the stay. The food was exceptional as well. Special kudos to the staff Rolly Srivastava for ensuring our smooth stay and for the wonderful cake on our anniversary, shows how small extra efforts can create great memories.

Its a little bit far from main centre so arrangement for some modes of travel maybe on a schedule would have been better. Else you end up paying a lot on Uber trips
