Great property with excellent facilities and excellent location

The hot tub was amazing and the layout of the house was great for a group.

There was sometimes a smell from the drains but this did not spoil our break at all.

Nice location

Was dissatisfied with cleanliness. We found a lighter and cigarette filter in the hot tub, and you could feel alot of grit in the bottom. The oven was dirty as was the BBQ.

Location House was clean except the mattress toppers Access was easy Nicely presented house with what you would expect, sofa tv good kitchen nice clean bathrooms etc.

Poor mattress, hard. No rubbish bin in the bedroom No toilet downstairs Barbecue was not prepped and was very dirty, covered in Ash and grease and old food. Alarms going off next door all night for 2 nights. Was expecting a bit more comfort for the expensive price.

Had a lovely time and excellent facilities for the whole family.

We did have a little difficulty opening the key lock but the hosts came straight away to assist when we rung them. .

Nothing like the advert, so disappointing.

Bathrooms were modern

The property was nothing like the photographs or as described. it is not a farmhouse and is in fact a terraced house located next to a garage and micro brewery. Property had a stale smell to it and was dirty in a lot of areas including all windows and window sills, the oven was particularly dirty with a greasy smell when turned on. Garden was unusable with no cushions available for seating areas and very weed strewn. We booked to attend a wedding and once we arrived we looked to find alternative accommodation but nothing was available, otherwise we would have moved. Certainly not worth the money we paid, how do we pursue a refund?
