    Had a lovely time and will recommend to friends and family.
    Breakfast was brilliant and service excellent! Very friendly staff.
    Some cleanliness issues here and there in the communal areas. Easy to fix.

    It was a big unit and very comfortable. The whole facility is more for family but even for my brother and I it was very quiet and enjoyable.
    The breakfast. You had to choose from a ready made menu and could not mix and match at all. Like if you wanted some fruits and just a toast and jam it was a no no from the staff. I love my breakfast but this one was not acceptable for me as a guest.

    The stay was perfect for us
    I did not like the fact that I was double-booked and I paid R5600 for 1 night instead of R2800. The hotel and Booking.com did not take responsibility for the mistake and therefore the additional rooms were treated as "no show-up" on the hotel side. This has really upset me. This is not the first time I had problems with my bookings
