December stay

loved the pool area and the layout of the chalets.

Didn't like the slippery walkway. A family member of mine fell twice as the walk way was absolutely slippery as it rained the day we checked in.

I was upset that they had booked me in a unit across the road when I had specifically stated that I need 1 next to the play area so I can watch over my 3 year old. A lovely lady at reception sorted that out for me after another reception had said theres no rooms 3bedrooms available. Im glad she managed to be so helpful and move us to the appropriate chalet.

The chalet across the road, they away from the jungle gym, play area and swimming pools. If you are Travelling with kids I suggest the resort should place you where you will be able to access their facilities hassle free

The aircon in the units

The cutlery were dirty. Some bedding were dirty. I had a toddler and an injured ankle and requested ground units, which we got 2 off BUT we were across the road and far from facilitues. We had to cross a road which was inconvenient. I requested units closer to the facilities and they could not accommodate us.

Location and staff were really good

Cleanliness of apartments were absolutely poor. Bed sheets and pillow cases were stained. Shower and sink were clogged. Terrible experience, never again

Disappointing for a First Group Resort

Great location ... on the main road leading to all main beaches.

Resort is in need of some maintenance. There was an aircon but didn't work. The walls had water/damp stains. Main bedroom linen was dirty with makeup stains. Cutlery and crockery was dirty. A bread/chopping board could come in handy... The 2 bedroom unit opposite ours had 11 people crammed into it... arrived in a taxi van. Surely not allowed?? Very limited view of the ocean.

Arrived late from jhb due to a delayed flight. No one was able to assist. The unit was in a terrible state. Carpets are old and I won't allow my kids to sit on it. Kitchen was so smelly we couldn't even warm our food leave alone cook. We left immediately and with no one to assist we left the keys in the unit. Security was not even around to hand over. We have clients travelling around the country and has not experienced just in acquit service or experienced that standard for a first group brand. Pls refund [email protected] as soon as possible as my client had to drive at 11am in a strange town to be accomodated. I urgently a wait your feedback. Poor due to a run down place.

Nothing besides the ideal location

The property was old and run down. Could do with some renovation. The staff besides Gloria was not friendly at all. Crocoroches were all over the kitchen. We stayed in a Chalets that accommodated 6 people but we were given one towel. We had to go to the reception twice to ask for the towels. We used the same set of towel for the rest of our stay. They didnt bother to change them. Worse they would fold wet towels and put them on the bed at we as they are.
