Fern used to be amazing but not anymore

- Location is central & convenient - The reception staff was polite

- Dirty & stained bed sheets, towels & pillows - Loud noises by staff outside my room door - Dusty & dirty room - Garbage & used bed linen piled outside my room - Loud animal sounds over the roof

Not a great experience!!

Great location, it is within walking distance of lots of good restaurants and shops.

There was lots of mould and long hairs in the bedding and on the floor. The mould was around the sink, in shower and in the roof.

The staff doesn't have a service attitude but the room is spacious and clean. But the linen was not clean.

All in all it was a good stay; with some minor improvements, the place will be great value for money

The location is great; the street is very quiet, and there are various restaurants, cafes, and two supermarkets nearby. Regarding the room, the bathroom is very spacious, the shower had good pressure, and as I stayed on the 3rd floor, there was direct sunlight to it, so all in all it was good.

Although the concrete flooring was very nice and cool, the wooden stairs were quite worn out and were not cleaned very often. Also, during my stay the provided wifi was not connecting for some 3 days; I wish it had been fixed faster. Finally, it would have been nice if the room had a minibar.
