Probably not go to go back unless they clean it up

The staff was friendly and nice

Start with the roach that crawled onto the night stand to say goodnight (so sleeping was not an option) if my kid was not already sleeping I would have left. Door lock malfunctioning kept jamming, pool was closed (not staffs fault), elevator was not functioning, needed tokens to get breakfast rooms smelled and obviously not throughly cleaned spots on walks cleaning layers of dust on shades lamps and base boards

Older building but they seem to try to be maintaining it. Security guard visible on the property

Lights were on in my room and the tv was on to the info channel

Asked for a room away from the main road when I booked. Gave me a room by the main road with cars racing. It was a Friday night so I guess they had nothing better to do. Would like breakfast to be available prior to 7am.

Nothing

First was put in a dirty room. Second the next room tub was dirty and the latch was broken. Lastly the manager walked in our room because she thought it was unoccupied. Left the same day with them telling me I would get a refund. Never received it. When I called later in the month they said the refund was never put it. Now 2 months later still no refund after calling multiple times getting an excuse each and everytime.
