Everyone enjoyed the stay and well worth it for 6 people.

Fantastic apartment and great for families, plenty of space to relax and play cards. Excellent Pizzas from across the road.

I think the security deposit could be better displayed when booking as its at the bottom of the booking page and I missed it. I did think the WhatsApp message I got the day before to pay the 300 security deposit was a scam!!

Deposit of 300 pounds is required

Two room, each room has one double bed. There are two couches that turns into a bed. Clean bee, provide towels.

We had to pay a deposit of 300 pounds AND provide personal ID with the address shown on it even though the room was paid for in advance. I understand that perhaps this is to protect the place, but 300 pounds is a lot of money, and this information was disclosed under the policy section, so you really have to read through to see it. If paying 300 pounds was said upfront instead of hidden in the policy section, then it would have been better. And why do you ask someone's personal ID with the address? Creepy. Plus, the house was mediocre clean - a layer of oiliness in the kitchen. And the guests have to take the trash out - then why am I paying extra for cleaning service? And there can't be water on the bathroom floor - what the heck? It's a bathroom.

A beautiful apartment but not in the right location for us

It was a spacious apartment with everything provided that you would need for a comfortable stay.

The location was by a busy roundabout approximately 2 miles from the town centre near a large Tesco store. Located immediately by 4 takeaways busy late into Saturday evening.

the apartment is big and you can have 3 separate bedrooms (including living room).

we were sent a very long document to sign for just 2 nights of stay.... the owner later agreed for us not to sign for that but it was turly a lot of hassles. also we have to pay a security deposit of 300 pounds before getting the key, i have lost some money during this international transactions... since i have a US credit card. they wont give you the key if you dont pay this deposit or sign the doc and provide your id. the checkin process was like a hell... in addition, the key is in the lock box, it is very old maybe, very hard to open... we tried so many time just to get the key... the kitchen utility is old and hard to use, especially the knifes... the oven is not even cleaned after the previous guest, it smelled horrible and cannot be used. there were bread from maybe a very long time ago in the oven... the second bathroom is tiny, and it is impossible for you to fit any of your stuff in there. there is no shower gel or shampoo..... which is such a basic thing they should provide no tea/coffee amenities either, which is normally a standard of a airbnb.
