Nice facility but some maintenance needed

Design, location and the staff, very helpful and friendly

Shower plate did not worked (almost no water pressure), drain is clogged. Shower pistol hanger was loose. Door clashes with the mat and must be forced to open. Some of the blinds are damaged. 25 for that parking is a scandal.

Location and the rooms

Breakfast is poorly organized. The food is ok but the staff is not meetings expectations. When I arrived for breakfast, all tables were dirty. Although there were not many clients, all tables were dirty( around 9 am) . The staff was chatting and very slow moving , like very low motivation. I asked a member of the staff to clean a table as I had no place to seat. She gave me a look and went to clean. Of course she did not put clean cutlery.

Very nice hotel

Comfortable and very well equipped room(Nespresso and tea, bathrobes and slippers, steam iron...), the pool, gym and sauna are open 24/7 with a very nice view on the square. Staff members were nice and offered a welcome a drink on check-in. Very good breakfast as well.

Little things: No minibar (or they forgot to fill the fridge but did not request it as I had only 1 night there) Floor not cleaned properly (found some stains on the carpet and candy wrappers from previous guests) Could not find a way to turn off the LED lights of the buttons which are used to control the curtains/lighting... If you're sensitive to small sources of lights you need to request a sleeping mask because the LEDs get quite bright in the dark.
