Don't go there

Location close to my office and close to metro station (not recommended for people coming as tourists). Nice view from high floor.

Shower leaking. Bathtub drain could not be shut. Terrible mess during breakfast, everyday. Breakfast items allergens not marked properly. When i was checking in, i informed the front desk i might want to check out two days earlier as my further travel plans changed. They agreed to help. When i finally confirmed my travel arrangements i spoke with front desk once more. I was informed that since the booking was done through booking.com, i need to take this matter with them first. I guess both parties messed up. Booking was telling me they contacted the property via email and the property was telling me that they did not received anything. I had to be a freakin proxy between them, like wtf am i?! In the end they did not change my reservation before i departed. I had to pay in full and i couldn't even get a stupi invoice from them. Their hotline is rude as hell, hanging up on you. My stay was in september, i'm writing this in December. I got my invoice only after coming to Madrid again and going to the hotel to confront them. I don't recommend this place.
