Great family rooms, reasonably priced.

Family rooms were really spacious and modern and I liked the fact that the children were given separate beds rather than being expected to share a sofa bed.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. We also knew the pool would be unheated and might be a challenge in October but it would have been nice if the indoor pool could have been made available to children for longer, especially as it was a school holiday week.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms with tv, safe and air con , pool areas amazing, very relaxing

Clean all around the resort, rooms cleaned everyday, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great location, right on the beach front, local shop just outside,

Unfortunately the hot food that was served at breakfast and dinner was cold, sitting under the lamps did not keep it hot at all, we learnt to watch the staff put freshly cooked food under the lamp and we choose the new stuff so it was hot, shame because the choice of different things to eat was amazing

Location, facilities, grounds.

Buffet food uninspiring and only warm, not hot! In the land of orange trees the fruit juice was not fresh orange juice but a very sweet substitute. They need more tea/coffee dispensing machines as there was always a queue! The room was very tired and needed updating. The shower was quite grotty! My credit card was not accepted to pay online and I had many emails telling me I had to pay within so many hours. I finally had to call and was able to pay on arrival using exactly the same card! I have no idea what the problem was but it caused me some worry before my trip.

Really clean, food was great and staff really nice. Directly at the beach.

It was loud at night, we needed to ask reception at 01:00 am to send security because it was that loud above us.

All inn, buffet restaurant with very good accoustic conditions. Splash park with a lot of trees and shadow. Very good hotel with kids

The quality of cleaning in the room. We did not get new soaps and douche gels.

Superb

Enjoyable, clean Hotel would return.

It was very clean the staff were very attentive and pleased to help with any problems. The swimming facilities were very good for children. The Restaurant staff worked hard and were always cheerful and helpful, there was a Tips Jar unfortunately no one put any money in it. ( we did).

The Hotel had entertainment for younger children in the early evenings and when my Granddaughter was dancing on the stage with others she fell headfirst from the top of the stage down 4 large concrete steps at the side of the stage. It was very upsetting for all to see. After complaining to the Hotel they did put a small rope and a small barrier to stop children getting onto the stage. Afraid this should have been thought of beforehand as was an accident waiting to happen. This area should be used for the acts only not for Children to climb onto. Fortunately my Granddaughter was ok, but had a nasty scrape on her face and nasty bruises to her head. Shes only 2 years old. I still dont think the area is secure enough to stop children climbing up to play. It needs a secure barrier.
