    Bed linens were dirty, no dishwasher, no dish washing supplies, no vacuum cleaner.

    Well worth the price for a family trip
    The villa is pretty and cosy with basic amenities. The location is very convenient and calm, on most nights it was really quiet unlike closer to the main road. There are plenty of small grocery stores nearby as well as restaurants. The kitchen is OK for simple cooking. The patio and garden were really pleasant and we enjoyed spending our evenings there!
    The cookware could be improved. Also as mentioned by some other guests, there is a foul smell in some of the wardrobes, but I didn't find that to be such of a big deal. Mosquito nets would be useful in at least some windows, but again this wasn't a big issue as the temperature was not very high during our stay and windows could be kept shut in the night.

    Excellent Villa with a great location but the kitchen could do with a stock take
    Property location was excellent and seamless to check in and out.
    Very limited utensils in the kitchen e.g no chopping board. Also no wine glasses, so had to purchase a number of items from local shops to utilise the kitchen facilities. A sign to say no food on the main counter or cupboards as it attracts ants but ok on the other side.

    The house is located close to very nice beach. The swimming pool was great with kids. Also the host was friendly and helped if we had any issues.
    The kitchen was not well-equipped and was missing eg proper cutting board and kitchen knifes. The house is a bit worn out and particularly kitchen would need a bit of updating. As the house is located close to wetlands there are many mosquitos throughout the day.

    Lovely property which is very close to beach and amenities
    Excellent location- very close to all amenities. It was perfect for us as our young children didnt have very far to walk. Pool area is lovely and the host company were excellent at communicating.
    Maybe some plastic plates, cups and cutlery for children.

    very lovely house!
    The house is lovely, very well located, near all facilities (beach accessible by walking, many shops, the natural parc of sAlbufera is 4km away for nice walks and birds watching). the bedding is good, and there are everything you need in the house. the agency running the place is very reactive and we got answers very quickly every time we needed help.
    There is a big hotel close to the house which plays loud music every evening until around 11. We dont hear it very loud but we do hear it. it didnt stop our kids to get to sleep but the place is not quiet in the evening. The inside of the closets has a very bad smell (kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms). we couldnt put our clothes inside, which was not very convenient. I noticed the owner, hopefully there will be some cleaning done. in the overall we had a good stay, the house is really nice but would need some deep cleaning.

    A wonderful relaxing stay with everything we needed.
    The villa is situated in a superb location just a stones throw from the beach and all other amenities. Yet the villa can be found in a small cup de sac which is far enough away to not be disturbed by tourists and other noises. The villa was perfect for our needs and we were very happy to spend a lot of our time soaking up the sun by the lovely pool.
    The only small downside was that there is only one air conditioning unit upstairs on the main staircase. This meant the bedrooms could get quite hot when the doors were shut. We chose to kept the doors open whilst sleeping but this may be a bigger issue for guests who like their privacy?
