Superb

Beautiful place to stay

The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent.

Our room was at 53 degrees and we couldn't change the temp or turn the heater on.

Excellent staff but outdated property.

The staff was the amazing and friendly.

We were disappointed in how outdated the hotel was. All the Embassy suites we have stayed at were beautiful and this one was far less than expected. The bathroom had stains and ripped wallpaper. The couch was dirty and the walls and carpet in whole building was dinghy. A remodel is badly needed on this property. We also booked for the hot tub and it was not working and had yellow water. Super disappointed.

Overall a good place to stay, just a few things they need to work on mainly the hot tub

Love staying here, but you need to always ask if the hot tub is hot. Because a lot of times weve stayed its been out. The breakfast is great, the managers evening cocktails is good, its beautiful inside, its always clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is fair, not real friendly but otherwise a great place to stay

The omelet bar

I contacted the front desk and asked about being moved, though I didnt press the issue,the person I spoke to said it was possible but never reach back out to me. The pictures of the room and the actual room dont match. The rooms are much older than they appear online.
