Guests had a great experience at Embassy Suites Tuscaloosa, praising the helpful and professional staff, particularly Mr. Andre at the front desk. The location was excellent, within walking distance (Read More)to restaurants, and the restaurant within the hotel was accommodating. However, there were some issues with hot water on the 8th floor and a problem at check-in resulting in a lack of credit on the Hilton app. Guests enjoyed the suite, the delicious drinks and breakfast, and the friendly bartender, Jeremy.

Superb

Nice accommodations. Lobby was beautiful. Breakfast was 10/10!

Check in process was frustrating. Told different things by different staff regarding arrival time. Had an event to get to and had to wait until exactly check in time.

Exactly what we needed and more.

We showed up and instantly were greeted, received complimentary waters and checked in. Everyone was helpful. The bar had great drinks and the room was extremely comfortable.

This hotel provided a comfortable and clean place to stay on the way to fall break in Tennessee.

The breakfast offered several choices that were delicious. There were options to please even the pickiest of eaters. The coffee was very good as well!

There wasn't anything that really needed improvement in my opinion.

The bathroom in the first room was not clean. It had Pooh on the toilet seat but the staff was very accommodating.

No room at the inn

We arrived after a 7 hour trip to see our daughter to be told the hotel was overbooked. No personal phone call or email letting us know that we would be sent to another hotel. Handed an envelope at check in and an oops overbooked. The hotel they sent us to a hotel in the middle of construction so bad you couldnt get directly to the hotel. We missed our dinner reservations and not to mention no call returned by the manger. Come to find out this happens all the time to anyone who doesnt book directly with Hilton. Poor service, entitled group of employees who think it is fine to treat customers like game pieces.
