Embassy Suites in downtown GR ieas an amazing location for a fun few days with our granddaughter at Christmas time!

Wonderful breakfast (and breakfast staff)! Great pool and hot tub! Nice, clean room. Fantastic location! Close to so many fun things and great restaurants!

Honestly cant think of anything. Maybe having to swipe your room key/card to go OUT of the parking garage. Thats a pain, if you have checked out and left them in the room.

Wish housekeeping had done a bit better job. Didnt take used towels, we found a clock under the bed, dirty glasses in kitchenette

I did enjoy my stay. I would stay at the Hilton again in the future.

The room was exceptional, loved the rain shower. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever had.

There was a medical emergency in my room. I called 911, then called the front desk. While I was in the room the staff just walk in, I had the emergency latch so they could not enter. Then another staff member came with an incident report book, while the person having the medical emergency was laying on the bed. I found this with the staff bad timing, and inappropriate.

I don't like that you have to pay to park in the hotel overnight. We are already paying for the room, we should not have to pay to keep our vehicle there.

Perfect!

It was beautiful and was perfectly located for our trip! We were there for the taekwondo tournament and we were only about a mile from the location of it. We didnt know this when we made the reservations but it made it even better for us.
