Superb

Great place to stay in Ruidoso

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The location is very convenient and although on a main highway, is very quiet in the evenings.

I wish they had a fireplace in the lobby, especially on a crisp winter evening.

For the most part the facility was clean but the room we stayed in need cleaning for whatever exploded on the wall (liquid)

Disappointing

The breakfast was a joke! I travel the country and stay in hotels 125 nights a year. This was not breakfast it was horrible. The one staff member you had could not keep up with what every it was you where serving. No utensils, no pancake mix, no powdered eggs (), I looked at the mess and then watched for 15 minutes just to see who would eat this crap.

Clerk that checked me in was short with additude, rude and aggravating. Had to wait will she was rude to other guest checking in. All I want is to sign get keys and go to room. If I have questions I will ask.

Was charged extra for a service fee" because we booked through booking and not through them" told us if you get a room on that deal (booking.com) you have to get charged room service fee so you think your getting cheap in there but your not getting as cheap actually.

It was nice for a last minute get away!!

It was nice with very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Pool and hot tub was nice as well. Also it smelled lovely in the lobby.

We got the room with the "mountain view" and that was disappointing, we seen a parking lot, and a dumpster and power lines everywhere.. also hot tub had sand in it... very small pillows in the room as well.
