Disappointing

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was subpar, the food quality was poor, and the staff seemed unhelpful. Overall, I have no desire to return.

Very friendly staff always ready to help. Liked the buffet dinner and rooms were very nice

Spa was outdated. Half of things were not working. And most of all it wasn't free for hotel guests too. Pricey and not worth it.

Excellent stay for Christmas Eve.

Staff is exceptional especially reception. Meals were great. Sparkling vine and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is grat idea Room was very big, quiet with perfect view. Beds are very comfortable with proper duvets. Bathtub are really big and comfortable. Children play area with activities is great for parents with children. Gifts for children for Christmas was great surprise and very much appreciated.

Indoor pool could be bigger, warmer and could have Jacuzzi but view is excellent.

Loved it so much. Service So first of all I have to say everyone is very friendly. I told them it will be my partners birthday when we arrive and they gave us a free spa visit. That was so nice. Thank you so much. Parking There are plenty of places to park in from of the door. Even with our big car (6m long and 3,1m high) we had no problems finding a parking spot. Spa Honestly I can't understand the bad reviews. What do people expect? It is a nice, normal spa. Not all saunas where turned on because it is off-season (I do understand that, so it's no problem for me) it was very quiet and we were the only ones. In the evening more people use it. Food We really liked the breakfast, everything is available from fruits, coffee, fresh orange juice, tea, fresh bread, cake, fruits and much more. I can't think of anything else I would have needed. Even Soy milk was available. I didn't try the dinner because we were in the city with friends. Rooms We got a room upgrade and I am so thankful for this. We were so happy about it. The room has a big bed, TV, bath tub, shampoo, tooth brush, fridge, 2 chairs and a table and a balcony with chairs and talbe also. Like everything you can think of. Area As we have a car, we had no problems to go out to estepona and discover the nightlife and have a few drinks with friends. But friends in the hotel told us they went for golfing and got a shuttle from the hotel, they organize everything if you want. Pool We went to the indoor Rooftop Pool and we liked it. They say it's heated but it's not really hot. But that's fine. The view is amazing and you can relax there very good. We were the only guests there. Maintenance My partner said it could have a bit better maintenance. The power outlet fell off the wall when we tried to plug something in. But I don't really mind that, men do see these things so maybe this can be improved.

Superb

Great getaway

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Winter visit misses out on using main pool and swimming at the beach. But the sea view from our room and listening to the waves beat our expectations. The spa would be the main attraction of this time of year but staying with a kid made us only enjoy (and did) the indoor pool with fantastic view as well.

Beds were soft, but this is a personal choice as for us the harder the better.
