Good place to stay but avoid their taxi service.

Location and rooms.

I was happy with everything until I asked for a Airport drop service. I was told 20 for airport drop but I was charged 35 and it was unfair. It sounded unprofessional. I should have used Uber which was only 15.

Great location and service super helpful, really practical room. The parking, for a fee, is great. I recommend.

A bit more indications for parking could be great, and more room or storage for clothes in the room.

Great staff safe parking dogs welcome in a great location particularly for shows at the zenith.

Room very hot during night nit sure if this was a problem or not considering it was freezing outside

The location. The lobby area

No hooks inside the shower room to place a towel and personal belongings. The hooks are only outside. Adding a toilet freshener would have been much appreciated At the check in the guy could mentioned the share kitchen area for example.

Comfortable & Private bed

I stayed in a shared room for 6, each bed has a curtain and you more or less get total privacy in your little cubby when it's closed. Might get uncomfortable if you're claustrophobic i guess but it worked great for me. Bed was comfortable and I'd come here again. Locker was pretty good too! Cozy lobby too

One shower and one toilet for 6 girls wasn't the worst thing. The most unfortunate is that the sink was in the common room so you can hear basically whenever anyone washes their hands and brushes their teeth.

Superb

Great hostel. Bus and tram stations are just around the corner, so it is very well connected to the airport and city center via public transport. The bed is comfy and equipped with light, socket and curtain.
