Disappointing

Lack of basic amenities like hot water & decent breakfast was disappointing. Rooms were comfortable

Rooms were comfortable.

There was no Hot water on Day 1. After fighting with the staff, they gave 2 buckets on day 2. That's it. They had Solar but it was not producing any hot water. Breakfast food was very ordinary with limited spread.

No buffet breakfast was there. Service was too slow and also they did not changed the bathing towel.

The staff were accommodating and the location is great.

The bathrooms have leaky taps. No tissues in any rooms. And most importantly no hot water in the bathroom any time of the day.

Hotel is having no credibility for your booking confirmation.

Nothing

My booking was not confirmed. Hotel told me that all the rooms are occupied. So I had to stay in a room were AC was not functional. I think booking.com is having no credibility for confirmed bookings.

Really regret to booked here , will not stay and suggest anybody , it's waste of money , we stayed hardly 2 pm to 9p

Staff is ok...

Location not access to anything , ambience of restaurant inside hotel not good , rooms are very small and very basic room , rest rooms are smelling , no keys for ward robe , it's not value for money , we can get very good hotels for this price in good location .
