Never again!

Room size was fine.

Bad access down dirt road. Even taxis and coach drivers had difficulty finding it. Breakfast was terrible. Flies and insects in room. Shower drain blocked on first night with flooding of the whole bathroom floor. Overpriced. Definitely not value for money. A couple of very rude managers!

Peaceful, beautiful and amazing

Very peaceful, tranquil, oasis in middle of dessert. Great staff, very friendly and incredibly helpful. Lovely spa and massage facilities. We loved every second of our stay.

It was perfect stay, but maybe buy some more irons/iron boards for guests.

I can't say enough good things about my experience! First and foremost, the people I met during my stay were absolutely incredible. Special thanks to Oussama, Kamal, Bader, Hamza, and Kamal for making my week unforgettable. I also want to give a shout-out to our fantastic driver, Ayoub, who played a crucial role in making our trip exceptional.

There was no nearby ATM or shop. But it was minor. The hotel organised a car whenever we needed to go somewhere.

Very relaxing, beautiful and tranquil place

About half an hour from central Marakech it is located in a quiet area. A taxi or chauffeur service cost us 200 MAD (about 16 for each journey). There are no local restaurants apart from the one in the hotel. As the hotel is relatively small, the breakfast is arguably basic (comparing to the likes of other 5 star hotels like the Savoy). You will get some bread, pancakes, fruit, orange juice, tea/coffee, and egg. It is understandable that there is no buffet like at the Savoy as otherwise it is likely that a lot of food will go to waste. The restaurant provides both Moroccan and continental cuisine, it is okay. A typical meal will cost about 100-150 MAD (8-13) plus drinks 50 - 80 MAD (4-7). The swimming pool is designed nicely and the grounds are beautiful. It really looks amazing and tranquil. The staff are super helpful, polite and friendly. The place is kept immaculately clean.

This is not a criticism, but I personally think this is more suited to couples who want nothing but a holiday of peace and quiet and to just enjoy the tranquility of the place. A honeymooners' paradise.

Wonderful

It is very beautiful, calm with great food and customer service. The rooms are large and comfortable and we had a private pool that we werent expecting. All the staff smiled and the place had a very relaxed atmosphere. It doesnt have a lot of rooms so there is a lot of space. The sunbeds were very comfortable.
