    Great stay and hospitality in Sapa
    Large room and bathroom with bidet and hot shower. Comfortable king size bed and very clean. Location is in the center of Sapa (with many shops, restaurants), located opposite sun plaza and the funicular ride to the cable car station for Mount Fansipan. Female staff at the reception is very kind and helpful in assisting to buy the ticket for my bus back to Hanoi and Mount Fansipan cable car. She also help me to get motorbike to take me around Sapa and to Cat Cat Village (no need to join any tour or guide) since im travelling alone and do this last mins trip to Sapa. The massage at the hotel also quite good.

    - the room was spacious - hot shower - view on the mountains - friendly staff - excellent location - heating function on aircon
    Nothing to do with the hotel but since it is such in a central location, everytime you get out of the hotel, all the hecklers trying to sell stuff to you jump on you and are very insistent. The town should really do something about it because as a tourist, and kinda makes the experience of going outside a real pain!

    Nice comfy room.
    In the centre of Sapa, the room was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Set above a highly recommended massage . A higher standard than some other hotels in the area that we used.

    Really comfortable bed. Great netflix on the TV in the room. Very clean and smart.
    Breakfast would have been nice but it didn't offer it, no restaurant in this hotel. Food is close by though so not really an issue.
