Nice view, friendly staff and we like the room.

Spacious room and clean. Staff very friendly

The parking lot, corridors, the lift and the pool area need more improvement, a bit dirty and not maintained well. The lift is quite smelly. Corridors not cleaned but still okay Parking lot - lots of trash and not cleaned

The location , room cleanliness and the staff made our stay a pleasant one.

The pool, the breakfast and especially the staff , receptionist Eja was very helpful and the staff at the Reefs cafe too.

The building itself look dirty and needed new paint. The rooms were clean but The room set up was not very pleasant. One bedroom was actually set up in the living room. No towels given at the pool. Other then that everything else was good.

Good for short stay

I like the fact that it was close to the beach and food was easy to find. The bed was comfortable too. They managed to be quick when we had air conditioning problems (around 5 to 10 mins). Food was okay. Parking was easy. WiFi not too bad.

The toilet had a few problems. We sometimes feel sand but it's not surprising especially since the beach had really fine sand so it could be hard for them to clean. The lift closes really quick so...run in it when it opens.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious. Easy parking & the check-in was smooth. The breakfast quite good, quite a variety but u hve to be early.

The beach wasn't so pleasant. I thought since it's a private beach then I can spend time at the beach. But too many shells & beach rocks. The elevator was a bit slow, mybe u need a little maintenance.

I fell sick during my stay and the hotel staff at reception were very helpful

Breakfast was good but replenishment of food should be faster.

I was charged tourism fee even though I am a Malaysian. How do I claim back from Booking.com. The hotel receptionist said they charged me according to the booking I made. However I could not indicate my nationality during the booking. Can I get my rebate of rm40 for 4 nights stay?
