Very good

We arrive after the lunch time because our ferry was delayed, and they were extremely nice to re open for us. The place is well located, very good food. The staff was very helpful. They helped us to find a driver and an agency to snorkel.

We had problems with the shower. The water pressure was very low. We stayed for 3 days and the issue with the water was persistent.

Lovely place to chill far away from the crowd

We really liked this place. Our hosts were really nice. The place is located in the middle of the island which means you need a taxi or a scooter to reach any attractions but we knew about this and it didn't bother us. I think you'd need a vehicle in any way in Nusa Penida, it doesn't matter where you're staying. We really loved the silence in the afternoons after we arrived from our daily trips. Our guide was recommended by our host, his name is Ogi and he's a really nice guy. He took us everywhere we wanted and shared some stories about the island. It's true that there are no restaurants or bars near the accommodation but we didn't really need it either because you could have a nice dinner there.

The bathroom remained wet after we had a shower because there was no ventilation but it was okay because we only stayed for a couple of days. I don't know if it bothered us if we stayed for a longer period of time. The wardrobe smelled a bit old so we didn't pack our stuff there.

The hostel is good but not the service

The location and the pool.

The staff didnt speak English really good so we have an appointment at 7 oclock and they coming at 7:30 and we cant arrive to the boat. And the pressure of the water was horrible.

Fine for a few days...

The Pool was quite nice. You can rent a scooter for a reasonable price. Drinking water is available and free.

The food is average at best and you're basically forced to dine at their "restaurant" since there are no real alternatives nearby if you don't want to ride your scooter late at night. The scooter showed an engine warning light, they didn't know why but reassured me that it's normal.

The service was incredible and the place was gorgeous.

The mattresses are a bit worn so not very comfortable and the place is quite far from everything.

Superb

Great place for the price

For the price given it was very good. Nice people, great pool and good breakfast. The only thing to consider is the location. If you plan to visit all sides of the island, it is probably the best one but if your time is limited, I would recommend to stay on the south.

The only thing is the floor in the bathroom that gets wet if you take a shower and stays wet if you then come to wash hands.

A hidden gem in the mountains of Nusa Penida

A great hotel in a rural location meaning it was peaceful and quiet. Food was good (we stayed for 2 nights and ate each evening and morning). Staff were very helpful - would certainly return.

Shower was rather weak.
