one of the rooms only had 2 coat hangers and the shower cubical was missing the dooir and had a shower curtain instead that stuck to you when using the shower

The location is great, close to the city centre and looks out onto a lake.

The rooms could do with an update, however for the price its a good value for money. Bathrooms were nice and modern just the room could do with an update. Receptionist wasnt the most welcoming. Seems like she didnt want to be there.

Exceptional

Excellent from start to finish.

Staff upon arrival were excellent. The new restaurant was beautifully done and very welcoming. The room was the cleanest room Ive ever stayed in.

The beds mattress was a little firm for us. But thats just a personal preference.

Room nice and modern and clean. Nice views over the water. good close location to town Centre

I have never been to a hotel or restaurant before that had run out of chips and that was pretty much what the menu was centered around so That was a first. The automated booking in system good and quick and did get a standard card receipt however Cant get a VAT receipt printed off the machine. (The receptionist very kindly print one for me).
